Student Scholarships
Giving back to the community...
Congratulations to the winners of the student scholarships - Hannah
Jarman-Miller ($750) and RJ Liggins ($500). Please join us
in congratulating these students during the May and/or June meetings
when the checks will be presented to these students.
Every year, we have a good turnout for this fun and helpful event for
the city and our neighborhood and we hope that this year you can join us!
The proceeds from this event are distributed amongst the neighborhood
associations based on the number of volunteers. For HNAC, this
has allowed us to provide scholarships to students, donate to the
schools and beautify our parks.
To participate, send an email to
chair@highlandnac.org
with your contact information and shift you can help with (early
morning/opening, mid-morning, or closing). Please contact the
chair prior to the May 8th meeting.

earned by the HNAC over the year in the Farmer's market booth, city
clean up day and other activities. THPRD has also fixed up the other bench in the park.
Thanks to HNAC, THPRD and the City of Beaverton for helping to beautify our neighborhood park.
