How to setup your community booth |
|
Show up at SW 3rd St. and SW Hall Blvd. Try to
get there by 6:30 AM |
| Find the trailer shown in the picture. It is always
on SW 3rd St off of SW Hall Blvd. |
|
Find the 3 tubs for water and soda. 2 are blue and
1 is red. They are labelled HNAC |
|
Bring a truck to haul the items to the setup
location. |

Find 2 fold-up tables labeled HNAC and one full size
table. |

Find 2 chairs labeled HNAC. Also, get the
canopy with the blue legs and white top. |

|
Find 2 green boxes and 1 blue box. |
|
Find the sign that is shown in the picture. This
is for your booth. |
|
The location to set up the booth is at SW 4th Street
and SW Washington St. Take your truck load of items from the trailer
to this location. |
|

St. Unload and set up next to this vendor. |

Start to set up the canopy. |
| Pull the canopy apart by walking backwards from each
other. |
|
Keep pulling until the black collars come up. |
|
Put your hands below the black collars. |
|
Put the collars up. Use your foot to hold the
base. |
|
Pull the collars up until the pins lock into
place. |
|
Pull the canvas over the collars. |
| Use the long table for water and sodas. |
|
Now put in the products and ice up. |
|
Use the 2 folding tables for the cinnamon rolls and
pastries. |
|
You may want to layer the ice. |
|
Beaverton Bakery will deliver pastries |
|
Write your organization's name on the
chalkboard. |
| The chalk is in the box. |
|
Place the sign with the prices. |
|
Now you are ready to sell products! |
