Kimberly Motto indicated that Fir Grove PTO will have a Community Awareness meeting regarding gangs in the neighborhood tentatively planned for February 6.  Business groups along Allen Avenue.

the Beaverton Police and HNAC are invited.  There is also concern for pedophiles who may be at City Park.

Kimberly also reported that surveyors appear to be on vacant property doing preliminary work for development of four lots near her home.  This property has been under discussion by the HNAC in the past, but the developer backed off.  Now it appears another developer may be interested in development.  A bike path may be proposed.  Concern is that the road extension from Hyland Way to Hansen Road may be proposed once again.   When development plans are being proposed, the developer is asked to have a neighborhood meeting.  This has not yet occurred.  Bill Young will contact Jason Wachs and inquire who is responsible at the city to be sure the developer discusses development plans with the HNAC.
