NEIGHBORHOOD CLEAN-UP:  Marv Doty indicated that Highland NAC had the most shifts of all the Beaverton NACs.  Barbara Wilson said that it's important workers not leave early as too many cars showed up a few minutes before 2 pm with large loads.  This created great difficulty for the two remaining workers still there at 2 pm.   Jeff Menzel recommended they should not allow cars to get in line after 1:30 pm.
